Every field report on this site is the product of real conversations, careful verification, and deliberate editorial work. Nothing here is scraped, recycled, or auto-generated. This is how we build each one.
Our operations and product team, Rufelle Pactol and Bonnie Burton, scour the market every week to find candidates who have recently walked out of interview loops at the companies that matter.
We reach out directly through our platform network, through live candidate calls, and through the community of job seekers who trust us with their stories. We go to them. We ask the right questions. We listen carefully.
Every experience we receive is cross-referenced through LinkedIn authentication, confirming that the candidate's background is consistent with the role, company, and timeline they describe.
We then score each submission for specificity and depth. If we can't verify it or it lacks the detail our readers deserve, it doesn't get published. We would rather have fewer reports than compromise the quality of a single one.
Everything remains completely anonymous. No names. No identifying details. Ever.
This is the most intensive part of what we do. Rufelle and Bonnie personally read through every experience, research the company's current hiring patterns, and identify what makes each interview notable. They layer in industry context, cross-reference patterns they're seeing across dozens of candidate conversations, and craft preparation advice grounded in what's actually happening in interview rooms right now.
Every report is written, reviewed, and edited by hand. No templates. No filler. Each one is built to be the most useful thing a candidate reads the week before their interview.
Interview data on the internet is overwhelmingly stale, unstructured, or buried behind language barriers and forum paywalls. We believe candidates deserve better than that. They deserve intelligence that is current, verified, and written with care by people who understand what it feels like to prepare for a high stakes interview.
That is what we are building here.
